#3 - A book you love
One of my favorite books is Rolling Stone’s Illustrated History of Rock & Roll — it has articles on early genres of rock and has neat pictures. I actually collect Rolling Stone books! As far as novels go, I love Nabokov’s style of writing; to me, it’s beautiful without being verbose or flowery.

#6 - Your views on mainstream music
I treat mainstream music the same way I treat other kinds of music! I think a lot of it is good for what it is, you know? If a song matches its intention and is genuinely good (or maybe just catchy), I can dig it. I’d pick a silly, fun song over a song GaGa, Katy Perry, or Nicki Minaj performed in hopes of being seen as shocking, “different,” or whathaveyou. Blatant narcissists irritate me.
